Product Description

Description:The product is made up of waterborne acrylic resin, amino resin, extinction agent, auxiliary agent, deionized water, etc.    

Application: For protection and decorative coating on the surface of metal products.

Features:

1.Add water dilution, non-flammable and non-explosive, healthy environmental protection and no pollution.
2.Fast drying, good adhesiom and high hardness.
3.Soft gloss. Good scratch resistance.4.Water dilution is good , easy to construct.

Application guides:
 

1. Application method: Air spraying, dipping coating or electrostatic spraying.

 

1. Application instructions:

-Coating equipment should be kept clean and dry, not mixed with oil, debris, organic solvents, paint blocks, etc. 
-After opening the paint bucket, it should be fully stirred.
- When the paint is used, if the viscosity is high, proper amount of water can be added, and about 30% of water can be added by air spraying. It should be added while stirring to ensure the uniform paint.  
-It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings and organic solvents.
-Please remember cover the unused paint and keep it tightly.
-The storage period of the product is 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it can still be used after passing the inspection .
